Awareness Coaching follows three major principles. These principles are not rigid steps but an ongoing process that unfolds uniquely for each person. Depending on your situation, these principles might happen chronologically, but most of the time, they work together. Think of it as a journey, not a checklist.
Identifying who you truly desire to be.
Who do you truly want to become? What are the changes you wish to make in your life? Together, we’ll explore the vision of your perfect life. If you could make any change right now, what would it be? What fears are holding you back—relationships, a job, financial worries, or health issues?
For some, their higher purpose is already clear. For others, it needs to be uncovered or turned into an actionable plan. This principle is an ongoing process that we’ll revisit as we work on the next steps.
Bringing awareness to the unaware.
Before we dive in, let’s first understand, what is awareness? Awareness is seeing reality as it truly is—the full picture, not just the parts we’re comfortable with.
In Awareness Coaching, the focus is on self-awareness. This means shining a light on your habits, behaviors, prejudices, and reactions—and, at the core, your ego. Beyond that lies your higher Self, the part of you connected to purpose and growth.
The parts of yourself that you are unaware of remain in the dark. They may feel non-existent, but they shape your life from the depths of your subconscious, which controls 90% of your actions.
Together, we’ll uncover these hidden patterns—limiting beliefs, negative habits, and emotional blocks. By bringing light to these areas, we create clarity, understanding, and the possibility for transformation. What you can’t see, you can’t change. But once you see, change becomes possible.
