There is no “one-fits-all” rule that could apply here. However, what does apply to everyone is that change is a process – it’s always happening. So, it really depends on you for how long you choose to work together with me. Some people receive much clarity and can move on by themselves after as little as one or two sessions, whereas others choose to enjoy my guidance over years.
